Occalink keeps the file of each end-of-life vehicle, helps keep the registers and prepares the declarations: each step builds on the previous one, with no re-entry, and keeps a trace of it.
The journey of an end-of-life vehicle
From the pickup request to the shredder, each step is added to the same file.

One request per vehicle, plates entered in batches. The owner completes their file online with a link and a 6-digit code, signs their consent and exchanges messages with the centre.

“Receive” creates the vehicle and its file with no re-entry, and the pickup costs become costs of the vehicle.

Actual or estimated quantities, operator, container and photo, refrigerant fluids included. No departure to the shredder without depollution.

The Analysis tab helps choose what to dismantle based on stock, turnover and age. Dismantling progresses in queues, on a tablet in Station mode.

Parts sold, parts sent to scrap switched to materials, hulks loaded for the shredder with a price per kilo and an invoice.
