Parts, from dismantling to sale.

Dismantling, entry, storage, search, price, sale and stock: every part tracked, with a price that explains itself.

Dismantle

Dismantle what sells.

For an ELV centre, dismantling is decided on figures and progresses in queues.

Dismantling screen in queues: to dismantle, to store, dismantled, processed, missing photos
Station mode on the workshop tablet, installable as a web app
Check of dismantled parts, dismantling photo carried over to the part
Analysis tab: internal stock, turnover and age per part type
Option: sale of a part still on the vehicle, dismantling follows the sale
Part sent to scrap, defective or discarded, switched to materials

Enter parts

Parts with no donor vehicle.

Purchased or new parts enter the same register.

Individually or in batches, used or new
Manufacturer and supplier references
Compatible vehicles declared, at least at model level
Part type tree: families, side, pyrotechnics, lithium

Store

Every part in its place.

Locations are named as in your warehouse.

Configurable location nomenclature: area, equipment, slot
Capacity rules and a QR label per location
Storage by scan on mobile, individually or in batches
Zebra or PDF labels, individually or in batches
The part's QR: its sheet for the team, its public page for a visitor

Find

The part, wherever it is.

The search covers your stock and beyond.

By part type and vehicle, cascading make and engine
By manufacturer or supplier reference
In your stock, at the network centres that list their parts and in vehicles not yet dismantled

Set the price

A price that explains itself.

The suggested price details each of its adjustments.

Suggested price step by step: position against the available price readings, rarity, turnover, age, floors and ceilings
Price templates per centre and per family
Discounts per part, per centre or per site
Price frozen during a reservation, a quote or a basket hold

Sell

Sell without selling twice.

From basket to invoice, the part stays reserved for its buyer.

Web and mobile basket converted into a quote, a sale with an invoice or a reservation
2-hour basket hold and reservation register against double selling
Calculated shipping costs: volumetric weight, size, zones, ADR, fragile
Sale of pyrotechnic parts blocked for private individuals, in the basket and at the till
Customer requests, with an alert when a compatible vehicle comes in

Stock

Stock at a glance.

The stock register, its actions and its figures.

Register: summary, parts, to be checked
Bulk actions with a log and cancellation of a batch
Closing stock statement in PDF or CSV
Saved views, shared per role or per site
Parts dashboard and statistics
