Features · Workshop

The workshop, managed by workload.

Work orders, scheduling and capacity, signed quotes, controlled execution and the customer kept informed at every step.

Work orders

The workshop, organised by work orders.

Each job has its OT, its operations and its tasks.

OTs, operations and tasks, with their templates
OT progress calculated from its operations
Tracking in columns, list of orders and dashboard

Scheduling and capacity

The workload, before the promise.

A date is promised knowing the workshop's workload.

Scheduling per resource by drag and drop
Work centres and capped bookings
Recalculated promised date
Appointments: reception opens the OT, the date is moved if the workshop is full

Estimating and quotes

Estimate, then get it signed.

The workshop's pricing rules apply to every quote.

Hourly rates, labour time scale, fixed-price packages, labour, parts and consumables
Services grouping operations, quote sorted by service
Diagnostic OR, quotes and additional work signed on site or remotely

Controlled execution

Every operation, with its proof.

The workshop progresses without skipping a step.

Locks per operation with proof
Justified override, reserved for managers, in an append-only log
Suspension of an operation with its cause and its resumption date, time spent
My schedule on mobile: the day's operations, start, finish, mandatory task photos

The customer kept informed

The customer follows, the customer decides.

One tracking page per repair, opened from a link.

Progress, quote signature, line-by-line refusal, choice of reused parts, PDF and review
Review requested by SMS or email, within a time window, one SMS per day at most
Follow-up on refused work
Inspection photos and videos per operation, shown to the customer

Parts, bodywork, invoicing

The parts, the insurer, the invoice.

What surrounds the work stays linked to the OT.

Parts requisitions checked on receipt
Reused part taken from stock and offered to the customer
Part ordered and not fitted: entered into stock or returned to the supplier
Bodywork and third-party payer: insurer's approval, waiting time allocated
Customer, internal or warranty invoice; an internal OT is added to the vehicle's cost price
