Features · SIV
Lookup, declarations, CERFA forms, signatures and deadline tracking, with filing that remains assisted.
Describe your trade, your sites and what you want to see of Occalink.
Look up
The SIV lookup goes through Ubiqwe, from the file.
Declare
The SIV wizard starts from the file's entry, for purchase and purchase for destruction. Transfer and its cancellation are declared and tracked from the same file.
01
The data comes from the file; the required documents are configurable per centre.
02
Filing on the portal remains assisted: Occalink prepares, the professional files.
03
Each declaration is tracked from its draft to the acknowledgement of receipt, and a file in error can be resumed.
04
The acknowledgement of receipt is checked, then archived in the digital vault.
Track
The Procedures page tracks each declaration.
The CERFA forms
No more forms copied out by hand.
Sign
Each signature produces its proof: hashes, IP address, browser, timestamps and consent.
