ELV centres
From the pickup request to departure to the shredder: traced depollution, dismantling, materials and Trackdéchets forms.
Your trade
End-of-life vehicle (ELV) centre, garage, used-car dealer or parts seller: each trade has its own page, its modules and its journey.
From the pickup request to departure to the shredder: traced depollution, dismantling, materials and Trackdéchets forms.
Work orders, scheduling and capacity, quotes signed remotely and online customer tracking.
Purchase, police book (vehicle register), SIV (French vehicle registration system), preparation, listings and sale, and with the Accounting module, the margin of each vehicle.
Stock and locations, suggested price, reservations, counter checkout and listing on Autopartz.
Modules and pricing
The core is always active. Each centre then activates the modules of its business; accounting is a paid module.
Management software for automotive professionals
Occalink brings together the vehicle file, the police book (vehicle register), the SIV (French vehicle registration system), the workshop, parts, materials and accounting. For end-of-life vehicle (ELV) centres, garages, used-car dealers and parts sellers: each centre activates the modules of its trade.
The principle
Whatever the trade, the vehicle file carries each step, from entry to exit, with its timeline.
01
Through the web wizard, from the plate or the registration certificate read by the AI, or from the mobile: file type, third parties, technical sheet from the SIV, documents and photos.
02
Entry in the police book, SIV declaration, CERFA forms pre-filled and signed on site or remotely.
03
Workshop, inspection, depollution or dismantling depending on the file, with the vehicle's timeline.
04
Sale, transfer, invoicing and, with the Accounting module, the entries linked to the vehicle.
What sets Occalink apart
What exists in the software today, with no promise beyond that.
Occalink helps you keep the register required by Article 321-7 of the French Penal Code and its Articles R. 321-1 et seq.: append-only, numbered by site and by year, each entry chained and verifiable on screen. A mistake is corrected by a new entry, and the official export for the period is sealed.
The procedures of the amended French order of 9 February 2009 on vehicle registration: lookup by plate via Ubiqwe, four-step wizard for purchase and purchase for destruction, transfer declaration tracked, 15-day deadline tracked and pre-filled CERFA forms. Submission remains assisted.
From the pickup request to departure to the shredder: owner's file online, reception with no re-entry, traced depollution, dismantling in queues and Trackdéchets forms issued with your site's token.
Purchase by the kilo with checks at entry (receipt, payment by cheque or bank transfer, identity), a separate police register for materials, weighing, ticket and voucher sent to the professional seller.
What to dismantle based on stock and turnover, suggested price detailed step by step, plate search across stock and vehicles not yet dismantled, reservation against double selling.
Repair orders and quotes signed on site or remotely, locks per operation with a justified override, recalculated promised date and a tracking page for the customer, with line-by-line refusal and a reused part offered.
Double-entry bookkeeping, FEC (Article L. 47 A of the French Book of Tax Procedures), margin VAT (Article 297 A of the French General Tax Code) reconciled vehicle by vehicle, perpetual inventory and a ledger per vehicle. Invoices carrying the mentions of Article 242 nonies A of Annex II to the General Tax Code, checked against the EN 16931 standard for e-invoicing (Article 289 bis of the General Tax Code). It is a paid, optional module.
In France: checked and compatible invoices (EN 16931 validation blocking at issue, Factur-X, SIREN and VAT checked), a reform readiness dashboard, and e-invoicing in partnership with Iopole, a dematerialisation platform.
The group's marketplaces
Vehicles and parts managed in Occalink are listed on the group's marketplaces, with a setting for each vehicle. What they receive comes back into Occalink.
Used vehicles
The group's used-vehicle marketplace, in several languages and by country.
Used parts
The group's used-parts storefront, in several languages.
Used parts export
Export of used parts abroad, for professional buyers.
Mobile app
In the yard or in the workshop, the phone reads the plate, photographs documents and collects signatures. Without a network, entry waits to be sent.
01
The plate is read on the device, then the SIV is queried via Ubiqwe.
Artificial intelligence
Occalink uses artificial intelligence to read, check and prepare, never to decide for you.
Registration certificate and identity document read, then reviewed before pre-filling the file.
Invoices, receipts and statements turned into entry drafts, which you check.
A verdict within seconds on documents submitted to the portal; the operator stays in control.
Parts cut out, original photo kept; damage proposed at inspection, confirmed or dismissed.
Custom views described in one sentence and reminders proposed, always reviewed before use.
