Software for used-car dealers
File, police book (vehicle register), SIV (French vehicle registration system), preparation, listings and sale: Occalink tracks each used car, from entry to exit.
The journey of a used car
Each used vehicle follows the same file, from its entry to its exit.
01
Purchase or consignment sale: technical sheet from the SIV, numbered purchase receipt for a private individual, consignment sale mandate.
02
Internal preparation OT and costs included in the cost price. Entry inspection, VO 360 and sales checklist.
03
One listing per vehicle, with its photos, published on autocca.com with a switch.
04
Test drive requests and price offers received, deal tracked in the CRM, invoice under the margin scheme or with standard VAT.
05
Transfer recorded in the file, with its pre-filled CERFA form and the transfer declaration tracked.
The obligations
Regulatory procedures start from the vehicle file.
Append-only register, chained and verifiable. No listing or transfer CERFA form without an entry in the register.
Plate lookup via Ubiqwe, declarations of purchase and transfer, cancellation, 15-day deadline tracked. Filing remains assisted.
CERFA forms pre-filled from the file, registration mandate included, signed on site or remotely.
Selling
The listing, the test drive, the offer and the deal remain attached to the vehicle.
The margin
With the Accounting module, paid.
